Jacqueline Cross
Course: BSc (Hons) Podiatry
Jacqueline was already working full-time in a podiatry setting. She wanted to top-up her foundation degree to a bachelor’s degree.
She said:
“Because I was already working full-time as a podiatrist, I was offered the option to study at home part-time. This worked fantastically and I appreciate all the support and help I received from my tutors despite not being in lessons.
“I found the staff at New College Durham very approachable and the facilities were modern and always kept clean. I am delighted with my decision to continue my professional development at New College Durham, my time there was inspiring and very positive. Everyone was friendly and I received fantastic educational support.
“I am no longer running my own clinic due to continually moving to follow my husband’s work, but I have domiciliary practice and I am working for others, which I prefer.”
Jacqueline is now working as a podiatrist for Colchester Foot Clinic and Footprints Surgery.
