This programme aims to provide learners with a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management which may lead to Membership of CMI (MCMI).

The programme will give you all the key skills and competencies you'll need to become an effective middle manager. You will develop middle management skills and have the opportunity to link theory to practice to enable you to develop your individual and organisational performance.

Each session includes taught theory and seminar activities. The sessions are inclusive and develop your knowledge and practice of being a Manager.

Interview Instructions

Once you have applied online you will be invited into the College to attend an interview with the Curriculum Manager or Programme Lead.

You should have a relevant Level 3 qualification or appropriate experience in a relevant management role.

Maths and English at Level 2 is preferred.
