Access to Higher Education

This course has been designed to give mature students the skills and knowledge necessary to progress to a range of higher education courses. It is recognised throughout the country as an entry qualification for degrees and many professional courses. During the past few years our Access students have progressed to over 40 degree programmes at 15 different universities.

 

Access to HE Diploma (Education) Full Time

The Access to Higher Education Diploma in Education is for progression to primary school teaching, or education and training.

Access to HE Diploma (Health) Full Time

The Access to Higher Education Diploma in Health provides the entry criteria for a variety of health related higher education qualifications including nursing, midwifery and paramedics.

Access to HE Diploma (Humanities) Full Time

The Access to Higher Education Diploma in Humanities and Social Science is for progression to teaching degrees, social work and criminology, amongst others.

Access to HE Diploma (Science) Full Time

The Access to Higher Education diploma will allow you to gain the entry criteria for a range of Science based degrees, and degrees related to Economics.
