Students take part in exciting community projects

Our Supported Employment students have been working on two exciting community projects this month.

The students visited the Framwellgate Community Centre to paint, tidy, garden, run the café and do some joinery work to help the centre. The staff at the centre were really impressed by the students and their hard work.

The group also took part in a two-day project at Killhope where they got their hands dirty and developed their employability and practical skills, including their teamwork and communication skills. The students were very respectful of the environment and stayed motivated all day.
