Jade Wanless

Jade said her work placements helped to prepare her, physically and mentally, for her full-time role working for the NHS.

Adam said New College Durham helped him to achieve his ambitions. He is now a teacher at The Link School in Sunderland.

Jake said he wouldn’t have been able to secure his current role as a Sports Coach without the help of his lecturers.

Luke progressed to The University of York to explore his interest in History further.

Ross now stars in the soap opera, Hollyoaks, and has received an award for ‘Best Male Dramatic Performance’.

Dominik was able to develop his English alongside studying towards an accounting qualification.

Subin said that she got a good feeling about the College, and knew she would succeed with the support available.

Rebecca secured a full-time role working for leading make-up brand, Benefit Cosmetics.

Ziyuan secured a place at Swansea University to study Biochemistry.

After graduating from Leeds College of Music, Matt returned to New College Durham to complete a PGCE and became a lecturer in our music department.
