During this apprenticeship you will be fully supported by the Dental team at Elvet Dental Practice and curriculum staff at New College Durham. 

 

You will undertake duties, such as:

• preparing and maintaining the clinical environment
• Preparing, mixing and handling materials. 
• keeping accurate patient records
• working alongside dentist and dental hygenists, assisitng in their surgeries. 
• Working on reception and taking calls

 

• Training

  You will attend New College Durham one day a week.  You will be supported throughout your appretniceship from Elvet Dental Practice.
