APPRENTICE ADMIN / CUSTOMER CARE DEPT

APPRENTICE ADMIN / CUSTOMER CARE DEPT - Monday - Friday 9-4pm (one day per week at college). (This will be a full time permanent position after apprenticeship with the right candidate) 

We are family run plumbing contractor based  in Co Durham and we work with our building/construction partners where we install plumbing into new houses.  We are small team in a family run business and are looking for an admin apprentice to work within customer care dept.  The role has a wide range of tasks involved within a very busy department. 

All training will be given, but we are looking for an outgoing personality who will fit in with our small team of coordinators.  Job description will include but not infinite:

Answering calls to customers

Answering emails

Updating plumber diaries

Calling customers to book appointments in 

General Admin duties

Ad hoc projects given by customer care manager

Basic Accounts 

We would like experience in word and excel, and e-mails.  The candidate must be confident and articulate in their communication.  GCSE in Maths and English essential.
