Business Administration Apprentice

Fantastic opportunity to join the team at Howarth Litchfield as a Business Administration Apprentice.

As an Administration Officer Apprentice, you will support the organisation's efficient day-to-day operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in administrative functions. This is a unique opportunity to learn, develop, and contribute to an award-winning Architectural Practice in the business while working towards a recognised qualification in business administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with general office administration, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).

Provide support in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and booking travel arrangements.

Maintain accurate records and update systems/databases as required.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member.

Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings or projects.

Assist in stock and supply management, such as ordering office supplies or maintaining inventory.

Collaborate with team members on projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Training

    You will attend New College Durham 1 day per week, and 4 days per week in the workplace.
