Level 7 Masters Apprenticeship Senior People Professional (CIPD)
Clare progressed to Level 7 after completing a degree in management at NCD’s University Centre.
She said:
“I had a great experience studying at New College. I was made aware than an apprenticeship was available through my employer to study the Level 7 masters degree apprenticeship qualification which was perfect for my current role in resources within the local authority.
“The apprenticeship programme I am completing is new and I am finding all of the modules very relevant to my role and really interesting. I have received a lot of support and guidance throughout, and I have met some great people who have enhanced my learning experience by sharing their own perspectives on topics.
“The college facilities are great, the campus is large and NCD offers a wide range of courses, as well as great support services, a fantastic and well stocked library and a range of study areas and cafés.
“I wanted to further develop my skills and knowledge in my field and NCD has helped me to do so by gaining new skills and applying the theory I have learned to my practical work. I am in a position now where if a more senior opportunity arises, I feel confident applying.”
