Laura joined NCD to achieve a higher grade in GCSE Biology. Following her success, she began studying on our Level 3 course and the rest is history!
Laura said:
“NCD offered flexible courses which meant I was able to fit studying around my work and home life. I chose to progress to study my degree with NCD because the tutors were very supportive and friendly, and I knew I would receive the same throughout my degree.
“Gaining a deeper understanding of the theory has improved my practical practice. I also enjoyed learning about childhood around the world as I found it really interesting and insightful to discover how it differs.
“I progressed from GCSE Biology and Level 3 to complete a full degree with NCD. I have returned to complete a PgCE so I can teach – I’m excited to get started with placements and joining the supply pool at NCD.
“Working in a nursery alongside my studies has helped me to complete research and assignments."
