The programme will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful within the housing industry.
You will gain valuable experience working with an employer, who will ensure you get the most out of the programme.
Entry Criteria
You will hold GCSE maths and English, or Level 2 equivalent.
If you do not hold Level 2 maths and English, you must be willing to work towards achieving these qualifications while completing your apprenticeship.
Additional Costs
Chartered Institute of Housing membership is included within the programme fees.
What are the next steps?
You will attend an interview with our housing apprenticeships team.
Please report to the NCD University Centre reception 15 minutes before the start time, where you will be greeted by one of the team.
Please bring with you proof of ID, e.g. passport or driving license or birth certificate.

Teaching and Assessment
You will complete an End Point Assessment for this apprenticeship programme.
End Point Assessment
The final assessment for the qualification is an End Point Assessment (EPA) which must be passed to achieve the full qualification.

Placement
You will be employed within a housing related organisation that will enable you to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a housing professional.
You could progress to a higher level programme in a related subject, or move into employment within the industry.
