This apprenticeship is designed for those supporting and engaging with internal or external customers providing support in a business administration role.

No formal requirements for entry to this course.
What are the next steps?
You will meet with a course tutor. Please bring evidence of relevant qualifications and proof of ID, e.g. passport or driving license or birth certificate.
Study Aims
This apprenticeship is designed for those supporting and engaging with internal or external customers providing support in a business administration role.
Modules Studied
You will study a range of modules such as:
Principles of Business/Administration
Communication in Business Environment
Managing Personal and Professional Development
Analysing and Presenting Business Data
Administering the Recruitment and Selection Process
Organizing Business Travel
Contributing to the Development and Implementation of Information System
Contribute to the Improvement of Business Performance.
End Point Assessment
The final assessment for the qualification is an End Point Assessment (EPA) which must be passed to achieve the full qualification.
You may choose to progress to a Foundation Degree in Business and Management or a Higher Apprenticeship in Business & Professional Administration.
