Lisbon LOréal project HE design 2023 1A group of our University Centre students recently visited Lisbon to take part in a project-based competition for L’Oréal.

Businet – a network for international higher education institutes – organised the competition for our BA (Hons) Design (Top-up), BA (Hons) Visual Arts (Top-up), and FdA Film & Media Production students.

Richard Hall, Programme Leader, commented:

“We are so proud of our students for working fantastically well and were amongst the top groups. The project provided the group with an exciting and enriching experience in Lisbon that will enhance their CVs and support their future progression.”

The project involved students from different countries and specialisms coming together in 10 teams to compete in mixed multidisciplinary teams. The brief was to develop a creative communication strategy to promote L’Oréal being a leader in sustainability.
